چکیده

In our previous published research we have studied the applications of ferrolens for observation and qualitative analysis non-homogeneous magnetic fields. Latest developments over last few years increased multifold sensitivity this device allowing it to display fields as low 10mT in strength therefore is possible now observe also homogeneous (i.e. straight parallel flux lines uniform density space) field existing inside air solenoids between N-S poles two attracting separated permanent magnets. We present analyze herein these novel observations with a potential new application device. The can projected on from distance without needing be physical contact source. Experiments were carried out demonstrate capabilities nanomagnetic viewer, real-time scientific tool. compare geometry condensed matter ferromagnets that electrical solenoids. Specifically, magnets at well Helmholtz coils total single dipole observed using latest generation very sensitive ferrolens. unique feature magneto optic fluid thin film discrete macroscopic field. construction of vector fields with positive lyapunov exponents

in this thesis our aim is to construct vector field in r3 for which the corresponding one-dimensional maps have certain discontinuities. two kinds of vector fields are considered, the first the lorenz vector field, and the second originally introced here. the latter have chaotic behavior and motivate a class of one-parameter families of maps which have positive lyapunov exponents for an open in...

Generation of Remote Homogeneous Magnetic Fields

This paper presents a magnetic efficiency model for comparing efficiencies of various magnets for magnetic resonance imaging. It demonstrates that monohedral magnets, magnets with sources on one side, can generate remote saddle points in the field profile relatively efficiently. These magnets may be modeled by a minimum of two magnetic dipoles. The paper examines the field profile and magnetic ...

On the ordering of energy levels in homogeneous magnetic fields

We study the energy levels of a single particle in a homogeneous magnetic field and in an axially symmetric external potential. For potentials that are superharmonic off the central axis, we find a general “pseudoconcave” ordering of the ground state energies of the Hamiltonian restricted to the sectors with fixed angular momentum. The physical applications include atoms and ions in strong magn...
